SEAMetal HD for beverage cans is the most repeatable and accurate double seam measurement system in the industry. The double seam inspection software is both quick and powerful, able to automatically capture and analyze the double seam with unprecedented resolution and accuracy. The system offers the latest developments, from research and analysis tools (like our SEAMexplorer software) to the free Statistical Process Control software integrated into the software.

SEAMetal HD Beverage is the third generation of beverage double seam measurement systems by Quality By Vision. The company has never stopped improving and developing this system since 1993, when it produced the world's first computerized fully automatic double seam inspection system: SEAMetal 9000X.
This latest system introduces an integrated High Definition camera, providing an unprecedented look at the double seam. You can now see the image better and get a much more accurate measurement! Over the years, we have continuously improved our automatic seam detection technology, so the automatic measurement produced by the system is spot-on.
The seam scope software runs under Windows 2000/XP (Vista support upon request).
