Body Blank Gauge
Quality By Vision's Body Blank Gauge is a high accuracy, high repeatability gauge for measuring Body Blank length, width and angle (squareness).
The system utilizes high accuracy Mitutoyo gauges for both dimensions, and includes an RS232 connection that can easily connect to our Symphony software, or to any other data collection, analysis or SPC system. The system can also be used stand-alone.
The system uses highly accurate gauges and Quality By Vision precision mechanics to deliver an ideal body blank gauge solution that will fit your budget.
The unit utilizes a precision-machined titanium coated stopper bar and offers multiple stop points for the angle (squareness) measurement. The base is a one-piece treated plate and all parts are manufactued by Quality By Vision to the highest standards of quality.
