Can height measurements are one of the most important parameters to measure on a can. Incorrect can height can indicate many issues with incoming materials, seaming issues or body/end issues. 

The motorized can height gauge provides the best GR&R, it automatically stops when it reaches the correct height (0.8 Newton) with absolutely no influence from the operator.

The movement of the gauge is done using an electric motor to reduce the operator influence.

Using a heavy granite base, the unit is sturdy and provides connectivity to our CPA, Symphony and SEAMetal software.
