    The Clearance Gauge allows you to set up a seamer easily and quickly while improving the quality of your seams. The system takes the guesswork out of seamer setup, improves the overall quality, reduces the amount and length of seamer stops and catches broken or worn tooling before it becomes a major problem.

  • CPA - Can Profile Analyzer

    There are a few contour meters or profiloscope solutions on the market. We are proud to have one of the most accurate non-contact laser profilers on the market. This system automatically detects many parameters from every single bead in the profile of the can. The scan takes no more than 8 seconds for the highest can and also includes the can height and flange width measurements as well.

    Contact gauges can either scratch, break, or provide a slightly inaccurate measurement due to the shape of the profiling pin. An optical non-contact laser profile is a much higher quality solution.

  • EPA - End Profile Analyzer

    A very simple to use End Profile Analyzer which measures all the external and internal parameters of a sanitary can end (or lid). The system utilizes a mixture of mechanical and optical mechanisms to provide the operator will all the critical measurement information for a particular end.

  • inROLL HR - High resolution roll and chuck profiling

    The inROLL 9000/HR is a non-contact laser profiling system which allows you to scan a profile of a roll, chuck or other toolings. The profile can be exported to AutoCAD, reverse engineered and analyzed (any radius, angle or distance). The system can compare profiles from new and used rolls, determine which model a particular profile belongs to, find duplicate roll designs and even compare the original diagram with the production scan.

  • Score Residual Gauge

    The Score residual gauge is a user-friendly and low cost system for measuring the residual and shape of the score groove.

    The system uses depth of field measurements, along with laser Perfect Focus TM technology to ensure your score residual measurements are spot on. The system lets you measure either one point or several points (each with its own specifications) as well as score groove profiling, all in one easy to use and inexpensive package!

    The system also includes free SPC, and uses the Symphony data collection system to allow you to connect to additional gauges using the same software package!

  • BTE-100 - Buckle Tester for Seamed Ends

    The BTE-100 - Buckle Tester for Seamed Ends is an automatic, easy to use pressure tester for three-piece seamed cans. The system includes a computer with software that automatically detects the pressure points and displays the can deformation at each stage.

  • Symphony - measurement acquisition and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

    Symphony is Quality By Vision's data collection and analysis software. The software can collect data from a variety of equipment, starting with Quality By Vision's own equipment, calipers, gauges, optical equipment and other tools.

    The data can be collected automatically, reviewed, reported, and anlayzed via the free integrated SPC software. Reports and data can be imported and exported as necessary and the data can also be viewed remotely by a remote administrator or operator.

    Various online graphs can be generated, including an overview graph that can show you the live state of manufacturing throughout the company.
