  • Symphony - measurement acquisition and Statistical Process Control (SPC)

    Symphony is Quality By Vision's data collection and analysis software. The software can collect data from a variety of equipment, starting with Quality By Vision's own equipment, calipers, gauges, optical equipment and other tools.

    The data can be collected automatically, reviewed, reported, and anlayzed via the free integrated SPC software. Reports and data can be imported and exported as necessary and the data can also be viewed remotely by a remote administrator or operator.

    Various online graphs can be generated, including an overview graph that can show you the live state of manufacturing throughout the company.
