This unit utilizes a single wheel architecture to process glass bottles and search for signs of cracks in various locations.
This low cost unit provides several crack detection systems at a high rate (250BPM) and offers quite a few optional measurements to complement this detection.

PET Blow Molding Insert Inspection System
This system is installed inside existing SBO machines, so no additional external system is necessary. Inside SBO model 10, it will measure TSS and bottom. for SBO model 16, it will measure TSS, bottom and sidewall of PET molding inserts.

P&S 21RWP is a high speed rotary inspection machine with 4 wheels. The system detects faults including: external substances, reform, and production during the preform production of PET bottles.
