This system automatically detects many parameters from every single bead in the profile of the can. The scan takes no more than 8 seconds for the highest can and also includes the can height and flange width measurements as well.

    Contact gauges can either scratch, break, or provide a slightly inaccurate measurement due to the shape of the profiling pin. An optical non-contact laser profile is a much higher quality solution.

  • EPA - End Profile Analyzer

    A very simple to use End Profile Analyzer which measures all the external and internal parameters of a sanitary can end (or lid). The system utilizes a mixture of mechanical and optical mechanisms to provide the operator will all the critical measurement information for a particular end.

  • Front End Gauge

    The Front End Gauge is a highly accurate automatic system, designed to measure the can wall thickness at two different points as well as the dome depth and trimmed can height.

  • Glass bottles: crack inspection

    This unit utilizes a single wheel architecture to process glass bottles and search for signs of cracks in various locations.

    This low cost unit provides several crack detection systems at a high rate (250BPM) and offers quite a few optional measurements to complement this detection.

  • inROLL HR - High resolution roll and chuck profiling

    The inROLL 9000/HR is a non-contact laser profiling system which allows you to scan a profile of a roll, chuck or other toolings. The profile can be exported to AutoCAD, reverse engineered and analyzed (any radius, angle or distance). The system can compare profiles from new and used rolls, determine which model a particular profile belongs to, find duplicate roll designs and even compare the original diagram with the production scan.
