inROLL HR – Perfilador de alta resolución para chuck y carretilla
El inRoll 9000/HR es un sistema perfilador laser de no-contacto el cual permite escanear el perfil de una carretilla, chuck y otro herramental. El perfil puede ser exportado a AutoCAD. El sistema puede comparer perfiles de carretillas nuevas o usadas, determina a que modelo pertenece el perfil en particular, encuentra diseños duplicados y compara el diagrama original con los escaneos de producción. -
Medidor de Precorte Residual
El medidor Score es un sistema amigable y de bajo costo para la medición el residual y la forma de las estrías.
El sistema utiliza mediciones de campo profundo, junto con tecnología láser PerfectFocusTM para asegurar que si que sus mediciones están en su lugar. El sistema permite medir uno o varios puntos (cada uno con sus propias especificaciones) así como el perfilamiento de las estrías, ¡todo en un mismo sistema!

Symphony - measurement acquisition and Statistical Process Control
Symphony is Quality By Vision's data collection and analysis software. The software can collect data from a variety of equipment, starting with Quality By Vision's own equipment, calipers, gauges, optical equipment and other tools.
The data can be collected automatically, reviewed, reported, and analyzed via the free integrated SPC software. Reports and data can be imported and exported as necessary and the data can also be viewed remotely by a remote administrator or operator.
Various online graphs can be generated, including an overview graph that can show you the live state of manufacturing throughout the company.
